Opening a document definition (Publisher)
1. From Publisher, on the File menu, click Open.
2. Select the Document Definition file you want to open, and then click Open.
Alternatively,
• From Windows Explorer, double-click the Document Definition file (.ds file) you want to open.
Note that if you open multiple Document Definitions, a tab for each Document Definition is created on the Document Structure pane.
