About File Formats
You can use Save As to save your worksheet into one of the following XML-based file formats which are ideal for accessing, searching, and storing information:
• MCDX—Native PTC Mathcad file format for worksheets.
• MCTX—Native PTC Mathcad file format for templates.
• RTF—Microsoft Rich Text Format.

• XPS—Microsoft XML Paper Specification. This format is similar to PDF.
• PDF—Adobe Portable Document Format.

PTC Mathcad Prime uses the Microsoft Print to PDF printer to save the document as PDF. Ensure that the feature is turned on in your OS.
