Configuring Authentication for Third-Party IdPs Manually
If you are deploying a different IdP than you are currently using for existing installation of your PTC product, then it is advisable that you review the user login attempt policies in the new IdP. The settings may be different from the policies that were used with the IdP you previously had configured. Review the policies in the new IdP to confirm they match your security requirements.
