To Renumber One Callout
1. In an open figure with callouts, do one of the following operations:
◦ In the Item List tab of the lower data panel, right-click the callout to modify, and then select Renumber.
The Renumber Item dialog box opens.
2. To manually renumber, do one or both of these operations:
◦ To change the position of the item in the sequence of callouts, set a new number in the Sequence Number box.
◦ To change the ITM label, type a new number in the ITM Label box.
3. To automatically assign a new ITM label based on the new sequence number, select Derive ITM Label from Sequence Number.
4. Click OK. The item is renumbered, and it is repositioned in the Item List.
