To Update Shapes of Variable Groups
When you add or remove a member of a variable groupshape that has multiple shapes for a single artifact, only the edited shape updates.
Use the Groupshape commands on the Diagramming tab to update variable groupshapes:
• Click Shape on Current Sheet. All variable groupshapes on the current sheet update.
• Click Shape on All Sheets. All variable groupshapes on all sheets update.
• Click Update Shape. The selected variable groupshape updates.
