To Set a Function Format
1. Click > . The Define Types dialog box opens.
2. Add a global parameter, or select a parameter from the Parameter Pool list, and click Modify. The Parameter Definition dialog box opens.
3. Select the Derived Parameter check box and click Define Function. The Define Function dialog box opens.
4. Type a name for the function in the Function name box.
5. Type the parameter for the function format in the bottom box and click Add. The parameter appears in the Parameter List. Repeat as required.
6. Click OK in the Parameter Definition dialog box. The function format appears in the Function Format column of the Parameter Pool list.
Edit Global Parameters. The Define Types dialog box opens.
