To Set Column Width or Row Height
1. Click Design and click the arrow next to Rows and Columns.
2. Click Set Sheet Widths . The Set Sheet Columns and Rows dialog box opens.
3. Type the number of columns in the Num Columns box and click . The Column distribution is updated.
4. Type the number of rows in the Num Rows box and click . The Row distribution is updated.
5. To set column widths and row heights, perform either of the following actions:
Click to accept the equal distribution of column Width or Height.
Click Manual, and then select each column and row in the list and type widths and heights for each. Remember to click after each entry.
6. Make sure that Difference is set to 0 for both columns and rows.
7. To add the difference value to a specific row or column, select the row or column and click Add to selected.
8. Click Apply. The changes are saved and applied.
9. Configure other options as required.
10. Click OK. The new column and row definitions for the sheet are saved. The column and row labels display on the borders of the sheet in accordance with the defined text parameters.
