To Move Location Set Sheets
1. Click Design and click the arrow next to Rows and Columns.
2. Click
Location Set Explorer. The
Location Set Explorer dialog box opens.
3. Select the sheet from the
Sheets list, and click
or
to move the sheet up or down. If you select the
Sequential sheet numbering check box, the start and end column numbers update after sheets are moved.
4. Click
to move the selected sheet to another location set. Select a location set from the
Location sets list and click
OK. The sheet is moved to the new location set.
5. Click Add Sheet to display all sheets that are not in the selected set. Select a sheet and click OK. The selected sheet is moved to the selected location set.
6. Click
to update cross-reference shapes 'to' and 'from' the selected sheet.
7. Click Update all sheets to update all sheets in the selected location set.
| • Moving sheets between location sets affect the sheet's column numbers and the column numbers of other sheets in both location sets. This can affect cross-reference shapes on the sheet itself and cross-reference shapes on other affected sheets. • Closed sheets are updated when you open them. |
