To Add Text with Multiple Lines
1. Click > . The Multi-line Text dialog box opens.
2. Type the text in the Note Text box.
◦ To add special characters, click Special characters and select the character.
◦ To clear the contents of the Note Text box, click Reset.
3. Use the following options to define multiple-line text:
◦ Note Filename—Specifies a text file path and name.
◦ Browse—Provides browsing to the file location.
◦ Load—Loads text from a text file. Type the name of the file in the Note Filename box and click Load, or click Browse and select the file.
◦ Save—Saves text to a file. Type the file name in the Note Filename box and click Save.
◦ Special characters—Provides nonkeyboard characters for selection.
◦ Temp Properties—Specifies various properties used only for text with multiple lines.
◦ Load Selected Text—Loads selected text into the Note Text box.
◦ Modify—Replaces a given text string with a new one.
◦ Before—Places text entered in the dialog box before the pointer.
4. Click Close. The text is attached to the pointer. Click again to place the text.
