To Add Text with Multiple Lines
1. Click Text > Create a Multi-Line Note. The Multi-line Text dialog box opens.
2. Type the text in the Note Text box.
To add special characters, click Special characters and select the character.
To clear the contents of the Note Text box, click Reset.
3. Use the following options to define multiple-line text:
Note Filename—Specifies a text file path and name.
Browse—Provides browsing to the file location.
Load—Loads text from a text file. Type the name of the file in the Note Filename box and click Load, or click Browse and select the file.
Save—Saves text to a file. Type the file name in the Note Filename box and click Save.
Special characters—Provides nonkeyboard characters for selection.
Temp Properties—Specifies various properties used only for text with multiple lines.
Load Selected Text—Loads selected text into the Note Text box.
Modify—Replaces a given text string with a new one.
Before—Places text entered in the dialog box before the pointer.
4. Click Close. The text is attached to the pointer. Click again to place the text.
