To Add Text
1. Click the Text tab and click the required text command. The New Text dialog box opens.
2. Type the text. The text attaches to the pointer.
◦ To add automatically incremental numbering, type a value in the n box and click +n or -n after each instance.
◦ To add special characters, click Special characters and select the character.
◦ To add temporary text properties, click Temporary Properties and set the properties.
3. Click the sheet to place the text. The text remains attached to the pointer to allow more text instances.
