Example: Sample Membermap for a Variable Group
The following example contains a variable group connector with four ports (pins).
The table below shows the datatable variable_Connecto_dt.
The membermap file v123_mm.csv for the variable group:
There are two sequence numbers in the logical name1 field, the major index number and the minor index number. The major index number specifies the member type. The minor index number specifies the index of the member in the parent object.

The membermap defines names and datasets for all members of this variable group. The membermap must contain all members that can exist in the variable group. The map values for members not in the group are ignored. A membermap cannot be applied to a group instance if all members for that instance are not specified. For example, a connector with six pins can not be defined using the membermap file v123_mm.csv.
