Membermap CSV files are similar to datatable CSV files. The first line of a membermap file always contains the line type,membermap. The second line always contains the headings (as with other CSV files). The required parameters or headings are Logical Name1, Physical Name1, and Dataset1. Only one membermap can be specified per membermap file.

When membermap CSV files are loaded, the necessary datatables are found and loaded automatically if they are not already present. The name of the datatable CSV file must match the datatable name in the membermap file.
