About Manually Creating Separation Lines
Use the vertical and horizontal construction lines to create separation lines. The following rules apply for separation lines:
• The outermost pair of cells defines the cutaway (wiggly) caps. These are followed by the two cells that define the standard endcaps and then the internal member cells.
• The minimum number of defined cells is five.
• Cutaway endcaps are required.
• Cells can contain one or more components or can be empty.
• The variable group component datum is associated with the bottom cap, and not with the cell in which it is defined.
• A pair of parallel lines must be at either end of the group cutaway or cable decoration.
