The PTC Control Center Troubleshooter has been enhanced to include the PTC Sessions Monitor to help users capture diagnostic information for any Creo+ session that is non-responsive.
You can select any running Creo+ process and collect critical diagnostic data, including traceback logs, or dump files that can be shared with your Administrator or PTC Technical Support.
You can use the PTC Creo Sessions Monitor Options to configure the type of diagnostic data to be collected.
Using the Sessions Monitor dialog you can easily end any unresponsive sessions of Creo+.
