Loss of Creo+ License
While working in a Creo+ session you could lose your license for any of the following reasons:
• License is revoked by the Administrator—If your license is revoked by the Administrator, you will be notified immediately. A 20-minute “grace period” is provided, which allows you to continue working with the licenses you previously had access to—You will not be able to check out and use any additional licenses. You can perform basic functions like saving your data to prevent data loss. A countdown timer displays at the top of the screen.
• Temporary internet disconnection or unstable network connection—In cases where the software cannot contact the license server due to network issues a banner at the top of your session screen notifies you of the loss of license. You are granted a 2-hour “grace period” to save your work and continue using basic capabilities within Creo+. A countdown timer is displayed. At the end of 2 hours if the connection is not restored you can attempt to reconnect, or save your work and exit the session.
