Viewing Creo+ License Usage Metrics based on Geography
You can view the metrics for Creo+ license usage based on geographical locations.
As an Administrator, perform the following steps to view usage of the Creo+ licenses according to geographical locations:
1. Select Telemetry on the left pane. The Creo+ Usage page is displayed.
This page provides the visual tools to view the Creo+ license usage metrics according to users, floating licenses, or geography.
2. Select the Geography tab.
The Geography tab displays the geographical locations of the active sessions of the Creo+ users. The geolocation indicator of the user sessions on the world map is based on the latitude and longitude determined by the IP address lookup. The geolocation indicator shows the total number of active sessions for the users of your organization. Clicking this total number zooms the map to the exact location of the active sessions corresponding to the users.
You can view details of the active sessions on the Geography tab. To view details of the active sessions, click Session Details. The Active Session Details window opens. The following information of the active sessions is displayed in a table:
Organization
User ID
User name
Country
City
Tags
You can also configure the table columns for display of session details.
To configure the table columns:
1. Click Session Details.
The Active Session Details window opens.
2. Click Display and select the columns that you want to display.
