Under this menu we create, modify and copy standard components through the following sections:

* Create Component Group to define and create New component.

* Modify Group to modify Modify component, Add component to group, Move components, Rotate component group and Remove components.

* Copy Group to copy group(s) of components by Linear copy or Radial copy transformations.

* Settings to change the default Component settings like names colors and hole colors.
