Component settings
Each component has a default name, color and hole color. These names can be changed through the Settings menu.
Click
Components and then, in the
Standard group, click
(dialog box launcher). The
Component Settings dialog box opens.
Component: Activates the Component Browser to select a component.
Comp Clr: Activates Creo Elements/Direct Modeling standard color template dialog to set the color of the component.
Hole Clr: Activate Creo Elements/Direct Modeling standard color template dialog to set the color of the component hole.
Comp Name: Modify to change the name of the component in the Creo Elements/Direct Modeling browser.
Save: To save the modifications. Is active only if user has administrator privileges.
