After upgrading your Codebeamer, make sure to install the plugin using the correct cb-ai-plugin.jar file.

For Codebeamer and Codebeamer+, if you are upgrading to 3.2.0.0 or newer versions from a previous version, you must recreate the Client Secret of your service principal, and then use the new client secret to integrate with PTC SaaS Platform. For more information, see Create a Service Principal for Codebeamer and Integrate Codebeamer with the PTC SaaS Platform
