Before you begin configuring the Codebeamer AI services, you need to activate your account in the PTC Admin Center and create a service principal for your Codebeamer and Codebeamer+ installation. For more information, see

After your account in the PTC Admin Center has been activated and the service principal created, you then need to proceed with the additional configurations required for your Codebeamer or Codebeamer+ instance.
