Publish to RTF Dialog Box
With the Arbortext Import/Export option installed and licensed, use this dialog box to specify the name, location, and characteristics of the file you are publishing to RTF. This dialog box opens when you choose File > Publish > RTF File in Arbortext Styler. Refer to Publishing XML Documents as RTF Files in the Arbortext Styler online help for more information on publishing RTF documents.
The Publish to RTF dialog box has the following options:
Save As — The path and file name to which you want to publish the current document. You can edit the field directly, or use the Browse button to modify the path and file name.
View RTF — When checked, the published RTF document will be displayed in the application associated with the .rtf file extension.
Stylesheet — Lists the stylesheets you can apply to format your document. Click Browse to locate an existing stylesheet that does not appear in the list.
If you are using Arbortext Publishing Engine for publishing documents, the list displays the notation (pe) preceding the stylesheet. These are the stylesheets available from the Arbortext PE server. Local stylesheets are ignored and you can't send one to the server with your document.
DITAVAL File — Lists the DITAVAL files (.ditaval) you can apply when publishing the document.
This option is only available when you are publishing a DITA map or topic. The files in the list are from the current document directory, the document type directory for the current document, and from the DITA references path. If you are Using Arbortext Publishing Engine for Publishing Documents, the DITAVAL file in the list is from the local document type directory, not the document type directory on the Arbortext PE server.
Click Browse to locate a DITAVAL file that does not appear in the list.
Set Profiles — Opens the Set Profiles dialog box. If you have published the document previously in your current ArbortextEditor session, your last profile settings will be displayed. The Set Profiles button is only available if profiles have been configured for the selected document type.
Create Rule — Opens the Create New Publishing Rule dialog box.
