About the PTC Mathcad Chart Application
The PTC Mathcad Chart application is provided to allow users to customize plots for better visualization and presentation of data.
To invoke the PTC Mathcad Chart application, double-click the plot area of a Chart component that is embedded within your worksheet.
You can invoke a separate PTC Mathcad Chart application session for each Chart component plot.
You can use the PTC Mathcad Chart application to enhance your chart in the following ways:
• Adding text boxes: Chart title, chart legend, axes titles
• Adding a secondary y-axis
• Adding gridlines: Minor or major
• Formatting the background color of the chart and of the plotting area
• Formatting axes, traces and text
• Using custom colors
