About Axes
A plot in PTC Mathcad Chart application has an x-axis and a y-axis by default. You can optionally add a second y axis.
The application allows you to perform the following tasks:
• Format each axis:
◦ Show/hide the arrows at the edge of the axis
◦ Format the color, style, and thickness
◦ Specify the tick marks values
◦ Format the font of the tick mark values, and specify their offset from the axis
• Optionally add a second y-axis and format it independent of the main y-axis
• Add and format major and minor gridlines
