1. In 3D part or assembly mode, click a geometric entity. The dragger appears.

2. To adjust the depth or length of the geometric entity, pull a handle of the dragger along a 2D or 3D trajectory. The relative distances from the start point of the entity appear in the graphics window as you pull the handle.

3. To snap a geometric entity attached to a linear handle to another reference, perform the following steps:

a. Hold down the SHIFT key and pull the linear handle.

b. Move the pointer over a geometric reference on the part or assembly component to highlight it.

c. Release the SHIFT key over the highlighted reference to snap the geometric entity to the reference.

4. To rotate the geometric entity, rotate the highlighted circular handle along a 2D or 3D trajectory.

5. To move the geometric entity within the confines of the surface or the edge to which the dragger is attached, pull the middle sphere.
