Extrude geometry in an active part in an assembly
You can create a extrude geometry in an activated part within an assembly by selecting a sketched curve or one or more sketch regions from any part. If there are multiple instances of the same part in the assembly, all the part instances are extruded simultaneously. To snap a handle of the dragger to a geometric reference during extrusion, hold down the SHIFT key and point to a reference entity.
