Identifier
|
The unique identifier assigned to the junction. This property is not shown when you open the Properties window from a Style Library file. While an identifier is assigned to the junction when you insert it, you can change it to any unique value. The format for the assigned identifier is specified by RBD Junction Identifier, which appears under Identifiers in the System file properties. Bind to style

Junctions using this style are bound by default

Bind to style is present when you open the Junction Visual Properties window from a junction in a block diagram. It indicates whether the junction is tied to a style in an RBD Style Library file. Whether this checkbox is selected for a newly inserted junction depends on whether Junctions using this style are bound by default is selected in the visual properties for the style. While you can clear this checkbox for any junction in a diagram, doing so removes the tie to the style. Any changes that you then make to the properties for this junction apply only to it. Any property changes that you might later make to the style do not affect this particular junction.
Junctions using this style are bound by default is present when you open the Junction Visual Properties window from an RBD Style Library file. It indicates whether Bind to style is selected for a newly inserted junction of this style in a diagram. This checkbox is selected by default so that all visual property changes that you make to the style are made to all junctions bound to this style in diagrams.

Description

A description of the junction. The start node and end node have default descriptions of Start and End. If Show description is selected on the Text page, the description entered for this property appears above the text box for the junction in the diagram. For more information, see Text Page.

Style
|
The style of the junction. This property is not shown when you open the Properties window from an RBD Style Library file. Choices include all supplied styles and all custom styles inserted in enabled RBD Style Library files. When you insert a junction of a selected style in the diagram, its properties are based on the properties specified for that style in the RBD Style Library file. The four supplied styles for junctions are Blue, Green, Junction, Red, and Yellow. The default style for a junction is Junction. The default style for the start node is Green. The default style for the end node is Red.
