Windchill FRACAS
This part of the Windchill Risk and Reliability Help provides information about how to use a FRACAS (failure reporting and corrective action system) to track, measure, and ultimately improve the reliability of a product, service, process, or software application. Because Projects can be customized, your screens might not look like the ones shown in the help.

If you are using the Enterprise Edition, you must have the necessary permissions to perform certain procedures. If a menu command is unavailable, you do not have the permissions that are needed. All permissions are set by your system administrator.
