Checking for Updates to Windchill Part Information
When a System file contains Windchill parts, you can determine whether part information in Windchill has been modified since the System Tree Items table was last synchronized with the Windchill BOM.
1. If the System Tree Items table is not active, select it.
2. Select > .
3. If the Windchill Login window opens, supply your Windchill user name and password and click Log in.
The Windchill BOM is checked for any part information changes.
◦ If no changes are found, a window opens, displaying the following message: No Windchill PDMLink/MPMLink part information has changed. Click OK to close the window.
◦ If changes are found, a message bar opens above the
System Tree Items table, indicating that part information needs to be synchronized. You can either synchronize this table with the Windchill BOM or close the window. For more information, see
