Reliability Allocation Calculations

As described in Reliability Allocation, reliability allocation translates the reliability goal of a system into reliability goals for the subsystems, assemblies, and more, down to the part level. The Prediction module supports many reliability allocation calculation methods. All but the equal apportionment by components allocation method are performed recursively down the system tree. Under Prediction in the System file properties, Allocation method specifies the method to use. The default is Base, Non-normalized. For more information, see Prediction System File Properties.
