Inserting a Prediction Values Data Record
In the Prediction Values Library file, you can insert custom environment or quality level as described in Inserting a Prediction Values Definition. For a custom environment or quality level, you then specify Pi factors for different model/category/subcategory combinations in the Prediction Values Data.
1. If the Prediction Values Library file is not already open, then create or open it. You create or open this file in the same way as any other file.
2. In the Prediction Values pane, select the appropriate record.
If a record is not selected, the < Insert or select a Prediction Values Definition to enable the Prediction Values Data table > command is shown in the last table row in the Prediction Values Data pane.
If a record is selected, the < Click here to insert a new record > command is shown in the last table row in the Prediction Values Data pane.
3. In the Prediction Values Data pane, click < Click here to insert a new record >.
The Add Prediction Values Data window opens. For more information, see Add/Edit Prediction Values Data Window.
4. Complete this window and click OK to insert the record.
If the model/category/subcategory combination selected is not unique, a window opens, indicating that a record with these values already exists. When you click OK, the Add Prediction Values Data window remains open so that you can either make modifications or click Cancel to close this window without inserting a record.
