Inserting a Cycling Profile
In the Project’s Prediction Cycling Profile file, you insert information about the cycling phases and temperatures that the system experiences in a year-long period.
1. If the Prediction Cycling Profile file is not already open, then open it. While you open this file in the same way as any other file, you must have a license for the IEC TR 62380 model or RDF 2000 model to open it.
2. For each profile to insert in the Cycling Profiles pane, do the following:
a. In the last table row, click < Click here to insert a new record >.
The Add Cycling Profile window opens. For more information, see Add Cycling Profile Window.
b. Complete this window and click OK.
3. For this newly inserted profile, specify system temperature and operating percentage information in either the Phases or Temperatures pane.
In the Phases pane, you insert temperature and operating percentage information for each system phase. For more information, see Entering Phase and Temperature Information.
In the Temperatures pane, you insert system temperatures and operating percentages experienced by all system phases. For more information, see Inserting a Temperature Record.
