Completing Question Set for a FIDES Ruggedized Factor

In a Prediction FIDES Ruggedized Factor file, you complete the questions in the table so that display-only Pi Ruggedized and Ruggedized Grade values, which are shown above the table, can be calculated.

1. If the Prediction FIDES Ruggedized Factor file is not already created or opened, then create or open it in the same way as any other file.

A FIDES model must be selected for the top-most assembly for this file type to be available for selection.

2. In the table, select levels for appropriate questions in the Answer column. For more information, see Ruggedized Factor Questions.

3. View the updated Pi Ruggedized and Ruggedized Grade values.

4. When finished, close the Prediction FIDES Ruggedized Factor and assign it to assemblies and/or parts. For more information, see Enabling a Prediction FIDES Ruggedized Factor File for a FIDES Assembly or Part.
