Allocation action | The way in which to allocate the reliability for the assembly. Choices are: • Specify Goal — When selected, the reliability desired for the assembly is entered. Allocation goal, reliability becomes available so that you can specify the desired reliability. • Perform Allocation — When selected, importance factors are assigned to each subassembly. For the top-most assembly, this choice is invalid. For a lower-level assembly, selecting this choice makes Allocation importance factor available so that you specify its importance factor. |
Allocation mission time | The mission time for the assembly. |
Allocation goal, reliability | The reliability goal for the assembly. Because this method is recommended for systems with a three-level hierarchical System Tree (system, subassembly, and item), the reliability goal is generally entered for the top-most assembly. For lower-level assemblies, this field is available only if Specify Goal is selected for Allocation action. |
Allocation importance factor | The importance factor for the assembly. This field is available only for lower-level assemblies when Perform Allocation is selected for Allocation action . |
