Add Prediction Values Definition Window
The Add Prediction Values Definition window provides for inserting custom environments and qualities in Prediction Values Library files. The following table describes the options in this window. For more information, see Inserting a Prediction Values Definition.
Option
Description
Name
The name to assign the custom environment or quality level.
Type
The type of record to insert. Choices are Environment or Quality Level.
Temperature, IC, Semi
The temperature in degrees C to use for integrated circuits when the environment is selected for a MIL-HDBK-217 Parts Count calculation. This field is available if the record is for a custom environment. The default is 30. The range is from -99.9 to 999.9.
Temperature, Other
The temperature in degrees C to use for other parts when the environment is selected for a MIL-HDBK-217 Parts Count calculation. This field is available if the record is for a custom environment. The default is 30. The range is from -99.9 to 999.9.
