Severity, Occurrence, Detection, and Risk Level Lists
The lists attached to Severity, Occurrence, Detection, and Risk Level determine the choices that you can select to indicate these properties for failure modes. The following topics describe the lists assigned to these fields in the read-only Master List Library file:

You can insert lists with the same names in a custom List Library file to override these lists in the Master List Library file. For more information, see List Library Files.
