Only one detection list is present in the Master List Library file: Detection. In the Project’s Data Definition file, you can attach this list, or a custom list that you have inserted in a List Library file, to Detection.

The following figure shows the display text, code, and value for the items in the Detection list. When this list is attached to Detection, selecting 8 results in the use of a detection value of 8 in FMEA calculations for the mode.
