Symbol Commands
You use the commands provided by the symbol control to create custom symbols. You can either modify a selected symbol or design a new one from scratch. To return to Symbol in the List Choice pane without selecting a predefined symbol or clicking a command, you press Esc.
When you click Copy Symbol, Paste Symbol, or Remove Symbol, the action described in the following table is performed and then you are returned to the Symbol field.
When you click Edit Symbol, the Edit Symbol window opens. As described in Edit Symbol Window, the controls in the Tools area affect the symbol shown in the Picture area in comparable ways to Copy Symbol, Paste Symbol, and Remove Symbol commands.
