You can directly modify the records in the List Library file. You can also cut, copy, paste, and delete these records. For more information, see Table How-Tos. Additionally, you can use the Import Wizard to import data from a source file into an open List Library file. However, the source file must contain values for List Definition Code, Code, and Display Text. During the import of records into a List Library file, you can only add records. Updates of existing List Library records are not possible. For more information, see Import and Export Wizard How-Tos.
