Project Properties Window
To manage Project properties and files, you open the Project in the Project Properties window. In the Enterprise Edition, only system administrators and designated Project administrators can open a Project. While a system administrator can open any Project, a Project administrator can open only a Project for which he or she has been designated a Project administrator.
When you have a file open, to quickly open its Project in the Project Properties window, do the following:
Select View > Project Properties.
From the Project Navigator, you can also open a Project in the Project Properties window by doing one of the following:
Click the Project name, which is shown when you are in the file selection or file open state. For more information, see Project Navigator.
Right-click the Project name and select Edit File.
The Project Properties pane is on the left. It displays the name of the Project and all file in this Project. While the headings for all file types are initially expanded, you can click a heading to switch between collapsing and expanding it. When you right-click the Project or a file or heading, a menu of valid file management commands is shown.
The right pane displays properties for whatever is selected in the left pane. For the Project, a System file, and some support files, multiple tabbed panes are present. For support files and headings where properties are specified in only one pane, no tab is shown. For more information about the properties shown for a Project, file, or heading, see:
To close the Project Properties window, you click the X in the upper right corner of the window. For more information, see Project Properties Window How-Tos.

In the Project Properties window, file type headings and property headings in the various windows are initially expanded. You can expand or collapse these headings using any of the standard methods for showing and hiding child items in hierarchical trees. For more information, see Expanding and Collapsing Branches.
