FRACAS Incident Count Alerts
The following FRACAS incident count alert is sent when the number of open incidents for any system tree item is greater than 25.
The following table provides descriptions of the options for building a FRACAS incident count alert.

Number of FRACAS Incidents | The logical operator for the criteria. The logical operators that are available depend on the field type selected. For more information, see Valid Conditions for Each Field Type. | ||
Value | The value for the selected condition. | ||
Per | The grouping criteria to use in the incident count. Choices are: System Tree Item, Configuration, and Problem.
