Enabling Common Library Files
The Project Properties pane displays the name of the Project and file headings in bold type. When you select a Graph Template, Import/Export Template, Report Binder, Report Design file, or library file heading, the Common Library pane is shown if files of this type reside in the Common Library. In the Common Library pane for a particular file type, you specify which Common Library files to enable in the Project. For more information, see Common Library Pane for Common Library Files.
1. If the Project is not open in the Project Properties window, then open it. For more information, see Opening a Project in the Project Properties Window.
2. In the Project Properties pane, select the appropriate file heading.
3. In the Common Library pane for this file type, select the Common Library files to enable in the Project. You can click Select All or Clear All to select or clear all files and then customize your selections from there.
4. If the heading selected is for a library file, in the File Search Order pane, specify the search order for these files. For more information, see Setting the Search Order for System and Library Files.

If you open the Common Library in the Project Properties window, selecting a Common Library file makes the Projects List pane available. In this pane, you specify all the Projects in which to enable the file. For more information, see Enabling Files from Properties for the Common Library.
