Common Library
The Common Library is a special Project that stores the Graph Template, Import/Export Template, Report Binder, Report Design, and library files you want to use with multiple Projects.
• Graph Template files specify the data and settings to use to generate pre-defined graphs. For more information, see

• Report Binder and
Report Design files specify the data to include in reports. For more information, see
Reporting.
• Import/Export Template files specify the data and settings for performing a data import or export. For more information, see
Importing and Exporting.
• Library files store information to insert in
System files when certain criteria are met. Many types of library files are supplied. For more information, see
Supplied Files. Additionally, you can create library files. For descriptions of all file types, see

To quickly open this special Project in the
Project Properties window, you click
Common Library, which appears at the top of the
Project Navigator during the Project selection state. For more information, see

Enterprise Edition
If you work with Team files in the Enterprise Edition, a local Common Library stores the Graph Template, Import/Export Template, Library, Report Binder, Report Design files to use with Team Projects. This local Common Library is entirely independent of the Common Library that stores your Enterprise Project database files.
