Common Library Searches
When searching for particular text strings in library files, the library files in the active Project are first searched for a match. If no match is found, enabled library files in the Common Library are searched.
When a standard Project is open in the Project Properties window, you specify the order in which to search enabled library files in this Project and in the Common Library. For more information, see Setting the Search Order for System and Library Files.

When Relex 7 files are converted to Windchill Risk and Reliability 12.0.0.0 files, all Project-dependent library files from Relex 7 files are created and enabled in the Common Library.
