Configuring Web Reports Folder
Update the permissions for the temp folder if Application Server is running on the remote machine or the load balancing setup.
1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\PTC\Windchill Risk and Reliability 12.0\Web folder.
2. Right click on the Temp folder and browse to > > > .
3. In the Object Types…, select Computers.
4. In the Locations..., select the domain and click OK.
5. In Enter the objects names to select, enter the user name or computer name where the application server is set up, and click Check Names or Advanced... to search for the user name.
6. Click OK and close the Select Users, Computers, Service Accounts, or Groups window.
7. In the Permissions tab, select Full Control.
8. Click OK and close the Permissions for Windows Risk and Reliability 12.0 Web Reports Properties window.
9. Close the Temp Properties window.
