User Panes
When the Users area is selected, the left side contains the Users pane, and the right side contains the User Information pane. The following table describes these two panes. You can insert any number of users and assign them to one or more groups.

Users
Displays all existing Windchill Risk and Reliability users and provides for inserting new and deleting existing users. When you open a Project’s Data Definition file in the desktop application, you can assign this list of users to any text-based field. Additionally, in a Project’s Alert file and Workflow file, you can use this list to specify who is to receive emails when certain criteria are met. User Information
Displays user account information and group assignments for the user selected in the Users pane. For more information, see User Information Pane.
