A Windchill Risk and Reliability user is a single person who is to access Windchill Risk and Reliability applications using account information that is assigned to the users in the Administrator application. This user name and password is authenticated by the Windchill Risk and Reliability application prior to its starting. All Windchill Risk and Reliability users must be assigned to a user group. In a new installation, only one user, Admin, is defined. This account is assigned to the Administrators group, which has full function, system component, and support file permissions.
