Sending Account Information to a User
You can select Configure > Send Account Information Email to send an email message with account information to the active user in the Users area. You can also select this command to send account information to the active LDAP user in the LDAP Users area.
1. In the shortcut bar, if the appropriate Users area is not active, click its icon to make it active.
2. In the Users pane, select the user to which to send account information. In the User Information pane, ensure that an email address is entered for this person.
3. Select Configure > Send Account Information Email.
If this command is unavailable, no email address is specified for the user. If additional tasks must be performed before an email can be sent, one or more windows open, indicating the tasks that must be performed. For more information, see Specifying Settings for Sending Emails to Users.
The email that is sent includes the following account information: user name, full name, company, phone number, and employee ID. Also included is a legal disclaimer.
