About the Purge Schedules Page
The Purge Schedules page displays all scheduled purge jobs. From this page, you can view details, delete, edit, enable, and disable schedules.
To access this page from the Purge Jobs page, click the manage purge schedules icon .
This page includes the following columns:
Column
Description
Name
The name of the scheduled job.
Enabled
The state of the job: Yes if enabled, No if disabled.
Next Run
The date and time that the job runs next.
Remaining Runs
The number of runs left before the scheduled job ends.
Frequency
How often the job runs (one time, daily, weekly, quarterly, and so on).
Query
The name of the query on which the scheduled job is based.
From this page, you can accomplish the following tasks:
Delete a job by selecting the checkbox of the job and clicking the delete icon .
Refresh the information in the table by clicking the refresh icon .
Create a new job by clicking the new job icon .
Manage queries by clicking the manage collection queries icon .
Access the Purge Jobs page by clicking the view jobs icon .
View details about a job by clicking the information icon in the row of the job you want to view.
Edit a job by right-clicking the row of the job and selecting Edit.
Enable or disable a job by right-clicking the row of the job and selecting Enable or Disable.
