Configuring Columns for the Relationship Viewer
Use the Column Manager to customize the column set that is displayed in the Relationship Viewer.
The following fields are always displayed as a part of the column set. However, you can display or hide the rest of the fields by configuring the columns as described in this topic:
Relationship
Title
Actions
To configure columns:
1. Select one or more fields from the Available list and click to move the fields to the Selected list. To move all available fields to the Selected list, click .
2. Optionally, click to view the details of the required field.
The following details are available:
Data type of the field.
Description of the field. If the description is not available, a hyphen (-) is displayed.
Used In table: Displays information on the types that are loaded in the Relationship Viewer. The first column displays the name of the type and the second column displays the description of the type. If the description is not available, it is seen as blank.

On expanding a relationship in the Relationship Viewer, if an additional type is loaded for an existing field, the Used In table displays the newly loaded type in addition to the existing ones.
3. Click Save.
The fields in the Selected list appear as column headers in the Relationship Viewer.

Once the columns are configured, the relationship view is reloaded with the first level of relationships displayed in the view.
To reorder the fields in the Relationship Viewer:
1. Select one or more fields in the Selected list and click or to move the selected fields one level above or one level below the list respectively.
2. Select one or more fields in the Selected list and click or to move the selected fields directly to the end of the list or top of the list.
The column headers in the Relationship Viewer appear according to the order specified in the Selected list.
You can perform column-related operations such as filtering and autosizing. For more information, see Column Filtering and Column Autosizing. To clear all column filters, use the icon.
