Working with Audit Trail Files
The files in an audit record are a set of trail files that are generated after a roundtrip operation is performed. The audit trail files are displayed in a list in the
Audit files tab when the roundtrip configuration editor switches its display to the
Audit tab. For more information on the audit trail files, see
Audit trailThe following options are available when you right-click the Audit files tab:
• Save document(s) on file system
• Save document(s) on workspace
You can select a single file or multiple files and perform the above-mentioned actions.
• Open E-mail Client
Clicking this option opens the default e-mail client and details of the selected audit files are auto-populated in the e-mail body. Before sending the e-mail, you must add the required attachments from the folder path mentioned in the e-mail body. However, outlook displays an attachment reminder dialog box in case you try to send the e-mail without adding the attachments.
• Export audit on file system
• Export audit to workspace
All the audit files from the project with respect to the selected roundtrip operation are exported.
• Export audit on file system without confidential data
• Export audit to workspace without confidential data
All the audit files except the reqifz file and the ExchangeSummary.rtf file from the project with respect to the selected roundtrip operation are exported.
